Talking about applying a bit of the ol’ ultraviolence to the fascists
It’s news for dumb and prejudiced people who enjoy their Daily Hate because that’s how they get their endorphins
Wow. That is actually pretty cool to hear!
Nope. I never ever configure my systems with autologin. Auth is always required to use my shit. It’s a good habit and I’m not breaking it lol :P
Yeh seems fine tbh. Genuinely didn’t do anything special. Literally just slapped Kinoite onto a surprisingly useful little asus laptop I snapped up a while ago for a hilarious deal.
I mostly use it as a secondary computer near my bed stand when I remember I wanted to do some sort of thing on my system or homelab crap but it’s late and I don’t feel like getting out of bed. Crucial use case, to be honest.

My issue is that I don’t want to have to register for shit like that. If it’s security related, and it’s a free Linux distro (e.g. not RHEL, etc), it is absolutely not appropriate to diminish anonymity in exchange for those updates, or to paywall them.

Think of it like Ukraine and how the Russian Navy used Sevastopol as a primary base long before the USSR broke up, and consider how all that’s going these days. It’d be the same thing here.
Doing illegal things is the new black, haven’t you heard?
