Mostly web surf, listen to music, take notes, do file organization, etc. I have my Steam Deck for gaming, and I’d probably use web-based apps for the engineering work I do before loading anything onto my laptop
But I may also want to download things like FreeCAD and other tools in the future
I want to buy a Framework laptop soon. I have the option to choose which Linux distro is best for me and load that on.
Any suggestions?
I was just thinking about this: peer review admin actions. A first admin could initiate the action, then the peer review could be assigned randomly to another admin - randomly so that admins can’t create specific cartels to team up on specific topics.
Interesting point about non-conventional cookie practices flagging “privacy-first” users as unique to spying parties. I’d imagine this line of thinking harmonizes with the herd mentality, where if you stand outside of the herd you’re more likely to be spotted and targeted. Makes you wonder what practices users could engage to actually help combat privacy invasion, and which might backfire
NewPipe, Seal, Spotube, AntennaPod basically
