This is all of Homebridge. God bless ‘em.

Because SMB works reliably on macOS. Never had an issue. I also prefer Cyberduck and actual sftp so … take my word with a grain of salt.
This always falls on its face for work. No one does collaboration as easy as Microsoft and that’s not changing anytime soon. I mean, everyone would have to move all at once. I can move to Linux on my personal devices and it’s not going to change stats one bit.
I personally don’t find her work that interesting. Some shots are good, some not so much. I have seen one I thought was fantastic. Obvious there’s enough people out there that disagree with me so grain of salt and all. Do a search for her on your engine of choice (the wiki link is useless for that).
Oh that’s very nice. I love harmonic structures like this.
Probably something like https://a.co/d/1RiT0wX It takes 1kg spools.
I mean, at $16.66 or $34,652/yr isn’t livable either, at least in WA where the high is.
How old is this? I do all of that on my phone …
Mlem gives you an “outdated/refresh“ modal button. I’ve only noticed it in the inbox though.
You agreed to do a job for the means of production or a mission of some sort with a goal. Politics generally has nothing to do with that directly. This is why everyone else keeps the tradition of politics, religion, etc taboo in the workplace. It only slows down that goal and/or outright derails it. It’s not healthy or productive for the companies needs.
If you don’t like that, go open your own business and see if it thrives under your current views. Generally, they make the worst, most toxic businesses for people to work for.
Was going to post this. They’re just burying their heads in the sand.
Lemmy’s onboarding is trash and so is the main UI. Get away from that and it’s actually great. BUT, most people used the Reddit app when Reddit still allowed 3rd party apps and access so you HAVE to appeal to the masses, no matter how dumb you think they are. Don’t complain about not having mass appeal if you don’t want mass appeal or listen to them and make the change they’re asking for.
The only thing good about Reddit is that is where everyone is. Full stop.
Don’t forget to adblock them so you’re draining the resources, minutely and slowly, but draining nonetheless.
I ended up just buying an industrial mSD card. Has yet to fail.
Maybe I’m an idiot (high possibility) but I couldn’t even get the instance of homebridge docker to work. However, it had zero problems running on hypervisor. You aren’t alone.
Oh I love that!
I did similar once the pi4s were hard to get and expensive. A used x86 mini pc was cheaper and magnitudes more powerful. It runs all my server needs. I’m a simple person: homebridge, plex server, retro game library.
I’ve always heard 5 was the average in a 100 year span. But still.
Beta doesn’t mean publicly ready. I knew about it and didn’t use it on purpose. Obviously the data shows I wasn’t the only one.
Maybe try critically thinking before stating dumb shit.
Very cool write up. I’ve always wondered what tools people use to do things like this.
