I notice you post a lot of Bellotto’s, is he an artist whose work you particularly enjoy?

I get so many phishing emails for booking.com on the rare occasion I use it, it’s hard to tell the real emails from the fake ones

I went to see the exhibition in London recently, very appreciative to see his works up close.

If you look at his other paintings many are brighter. I suspect this picture is more of the odd one out.

I know right, if you could afford to do that to the interior, why on earth wouldn’t you at least paint your house

It must only be in some places because where I live in the UK both parts change pronunciation.

As someone that is not Christian, this feels like a very critical painting. The army looks pretty zombie-ish, as if the angel is a puppeteer.

It’s because the British like to imagine everything is a conspiracy. The irony is when our freedom is actually constricted most of these people say nothing.

I’m gonna say they probably just think it sounds cool and have no idea what it actually means
