A bit if a joke. Aprs is a common protocol amateur radio operators use to share their location.

I like to tinker, my brother just wants something that works. I built a Voron, he got Prussa. We are both happy with our 3d printers.

Unrelated to the question, but the capitalization of the seemingly random words in the title is interesting. I am going to guess you are a programmer and typically capitalize class or variable names out of habbit and that leaked slightly into the title of your post.

It confused me a little too, removing both n’t-s makes it easier to understand.

After years of learning Spanish my brother pointed out that the word for umbrella, paraguas, is simply “for water”. Similar to how parasol is “for sun”.

So obvious, but somehow my brain missed it.

For me an email is when I don’t need a quick response. A text is when I want a faster response but I don’t want to interrupt what the other person is doing. A call is when I want a quick response and I think it’s worth interrupting the person.

Realistically it is free. Anyone buying it is probably only interested in the land under it.

It’s not exactly what I think you’re looking for, but depending on what you are trying to do, maybe look at hackmd/codimd.

It’s more like Google docs meets markdown formatting. It’s goal is realtime collaboration but I’ve definitely used it for syncing todo lists with people.

Codimd is the self hostable version.

Oh, and I think there is a way to have it sync with a GitHub repo too, in case that is useful.

I use FreeCAD most of the time, but occasionally I’ll also use OpenSCAD. It’s a different way to think about drawings but in certain circumstances it seems easier.
