If you’re doing this for real, you’d have two identical environments.
If it’s playing with Docker or Kubernetes, you don’t need anything more than a VM with Linux and Docker.
If you want to get serious, you can also set up a sandbox on EC2.

If that’s how you want to run your server that’s your choice, but if it were me, I’d think long and hard about the legal implications of doing this.
So far you’ve not said anything about what you’re trying to achieve and that’s not helping.
What specifically are you attempting to achieve, because right now, what little you have shared sends up red flags and rings the alarm bells … loudly.

As for glasses. In the time of monocles that might have made sense, but I’ve never seen anyone wear two of them.

Where I am, that day started 13 hours and 54 minutes ago … so far the news is indistinguishable from any fake or real news.
I’m guessing that it’s going to be watched by everyone with a telescope and then posted on YouTube either as a Livestream, or a time-lapse, only to be monetized by 1,403 parasitic channels who use it to prop up their unrelated content whilst the original source gets demonetized and banned by three automated copyright strikes generated by a bot.
I’m guessing that they’ll be on whatever side Frank Zamboni decided it should be on.
I’ve only ever heard an Ice Resurfacer being referred to as a Zamboni in the USA. There’s not a lot of ice to resurface in Australia and in the Netherlands we used to skate on the river or canal when conditions permitted, no machines there either.
I think that likeability and presidency are not really related or relevant. I think that’s more about getting elected.
I think that leadership is about building and shaping the world into a place where everyone can feel safe and loved.
It’s about security and stability, about having an idea of what you want it to look like, being able to articulate that and then make it happen.
That kind of leadership seems to be in short supply and getting rarer.
I’m not sure why.
