more linux users = more linux software (and I know this doesn’t mean better linux software)
Or at least attention from the bigger actors e.g., Adobe, Autodesk etc. to make their industry standards available for Linux users
And good ones like bitwarden or keepass, not bad ones that get hacked almost yearly like lastpass

These both happened to me. I was already looking into switching to Linux in 2020, and the last update did it for me. Have been only been using Linux at home ever since.
