Plus their inability to update on a regular basis is kinda terrible, and has continued. One of the top posts on the sync community when I checked was to not report PMs because it will actually report a random comment with the same ID, which is just a massive fuck up given the amount of spam PMs.

Updating your vital records is a state level item, and the process will vary by state, and that’s a requirement to get it changed on your Federal passport.
