Like, yeah, that’s my whole problem. I do what I’m supposed to but it’s completely independent of what I have scheduled or prioritized. Maybe it means my medication needs to be kicked up a couple doses. Or maybe it means I need people to be happy I got anything I needed to get done, done.
I’m sort of alarmed how accurate it is.

The CCP can only get stricter and harsher, speeding up the time for a pressure cooker to explode. They know this. The people know this.
At some point in the future, they will go too far, and the people will end it.
Edit: don’t ask what happens if the shell breaks while it’s still inside. You don’t wanna know. Be thankful you’re approaching this evolutionary step voluntarily and not due to natural evolution. Evolution sometimes decides that those kinds of questions aren’t worth bothering with. You’re lucky though. When the time comes, you’ll get to choose how you want your eggs done.

Our man-hours come from leadership and architects so separated from code they can’t agree on drawings or what constitutes a micro service architecture or… Any real pattern at all.
Something I don’t get paid enough to understand - what constitutes contributions, and what’s the definition of selling the software?
For instance, I don’t think I’ve worked on a project where we have made changes to the source code for security policies (much quicker path to update immediately if something gets flagged). But I don’t think I know of an instance where we sell our software as a service - as far as I know it’s largely used to support other services we sell.
Except now that I say that, that’s not entirely true, we DO have a review board that we have to submit every third party library to and it takes forever to hear back but we have occasionally gotten a “no can’t use that” or “contract is pending.” So maybe I’m just super unaware of who reviews the third party software and they review the licenses.
Gotta be careful with that one when talking data streams though.

That’s… Not great. I didn’t actually think about what all these wild AV systems could do, but that’s incredibly broad access.
Maybe I’m just old, but it always strikes me as odd that you’d spend so much money on that much intrusive power that on a good day slows your machines down and on a bad day this happens.
I get that Users are stupid. But maybe you shouldn’t let users install anything. And maybe your machines shouldn’t have access to things that can give them malware. Some times, you don’t need everything connected to a network.
So from my perspective, the ‘submissive lady’ part is really only like a mental pleasure. An independent or powerful woman who herself chooses to submit to you temporarily is like the hottest goddamn thing I can think of.
Otherwise? Yeah, I also want her to feel like she’s in control of what and when she wants things.
It can’t be like total submission over everything. Otherwise it’s meaningless. Like I don’t want to always decide what to do for dinner. I don’t like writing all the checks. I like to cook, and I have specific ways I clean. I’m also not a mental health professional, but I’ll listen.
A woman who can take care of herself and play helpless is my absolute dream. Women who are helpless are a lot of work and it was not worth everything I had to fucking put up with while being told I was absolute shit for not doing enough bleh
