Not any more than your average school kid I’d say. There are many subjects that are or can be interesting that are thought in schools, but can be taught in the most boring way. They enjoyed DADA with Lupin quite much for example.

There are also countries where it is not - for example where I live last I checked downloading is legally ok, though some would say it is a grey zone moraly. It’s the distributing of a copy without proper licensing deals and stuff that’s illegal.
So downloading of illegal copies using torrents would be illegal in most cases as you would be seeding and thus providing the illegal copy to others.
Direct download is a-okay in the eye of law as long as it is only for your personal use
I’m quite happy with the products. Not as happy with the company after the event you mentioned. I upgraded my plan not long before that happened (they had a pretty good deal going) so I will stay with them for now but I will need to consider what to do once the prepaid time is up.
Even minor revenue cut is a revenue cut, that’s true. The creators would need to be believers, or YouTube would need to do a fuck up.

Biggest issue probably will be how small it is so it would not be worth it to sponsors.
I’m not aware of an instance when media like movies or games would grow in price in time (except for on second hand market due to scarcity). So could be worded so the price might not be higher than on the time of the release or something
