Is a pinned post, it appears at the top, it’s also on the sidebar. Posts without a tag will be requested first to add one and if in 24h they dont do so then it’ll be removed. I’ve been on this platform for 3 years and flairs haven’t been added yet.

Tags lets posts be more organized and easy on the eye. Take it as reddits “flairs”.
