thanks for your time and effort!
: ( i was too dumb to follow the playbook correctly
i wanna have a matrix sever!
but I’ll use snikket for now until i skill up
LibreELEC!
once you get past the idea that everything needs to look like a square icon it’s absolutely amazing.
i love kodi!
like what needs to happen to the 1%!
ooh! how do we bridge to matrix from xmpp server?
edit all i can find is how to do it from a matrix server
instructions unclear, tsar bomba away
that and there isn’t a need to raise 500k in a month, OR ELSE!
maybe I am glad that XMPP was easier for me to setup
RIP tteck
heck! I was looking for this yesterday but ended up going with snikket and only just got it running this morning!
good post and I’m looking into it now!
I mean it’s not perfect but what is?
I tried MX Linux for a while, it was okay. did I miss something?
no dual boot. just jump in, the water is fine.
that’s really disappointing!
any recommendations on hats for sata?
how can I get my emulators to see the same files on Fedora after a reboot? I use Syncthing to keep my saves on a few machines, but after each reboot I have to go in and set the folders up because the user folder path has changed.
Otherwise flatpaks seem perfectly chill to me
pie launcher is similar but with a quickdraw action for the commonly used apps.
once I got used to it I could never think about going back
been having some issues with it lately though and it’s tough!
that is actually what I’ve been thinking. xmpp with encryption seems good enough for me! plus I’ve heard some stuff isn’t encrypted in matrix, (metadata? emojis? not exactly sure)
i am heavily leaning towards scaling up to snikkets big brother, prosody.
