Because your non-profit isn’t likely to go anywhere; Capitalists don’t give significant money to non-profits, but they’ll invest in a public benefit corporation because of the potential for profit. The corporation can then take their money and use it for whatever public benefit it intends to work towards. It’s a workaround to try and scrape some benefit to society out of capital, that otherwise wouldn’t exist.
Whether Bluesky is actually a good example of a public benefit corporation or not, I have no idea, I don’t use it.

I have been using the regular Mint (based on Ubuntu), but I’m probably going to use the Debian edition next time I install a new system
I suggest Mint or straight Debian. I prefer Mint for anything graphical, Debian for headless

Seconding the Mint suggestion. I started on Ubuntu ~15 years ago, nowadays I run Mint if I need a GUI, or Debian on anything headless
Mine has a button to cycle between 5 power levels, a knob for time, and the start button is also a 30 second button. It’s perfect

Depends heavily on what the pallets were for; many (realistically, probably the vast majority) pallets are disposable, and haven’t been treated because it’s not worth the cost
