Really depends on what I am doing. Whatever I was previously doing has been been put on an indefinite pause until I can get new clothes and probably take a shower. But I have kids, so the day must go on.

Funny story. LG made something with a similar concept about 15 years ago and it never really took off. The LG G5 was a modular smart phone that was supposed to have a bunch of cool modules, but they never came to fruition.

I had one, but mostly because I loved having a swappable battery. Never had to charge my phone, I would just have a spare battery charging on my desk and I would swap it out before I left the house.

People keep asking about storage and that’s a valid concern. I remember a while ago Linus made a video about a crypto that can be mined with storage. So he made a huge raid of old drives. I wonder if something like this could or would be practical for a decentralized storage solution. Like… Encourage people to set up NAS’s that can be used sort of like torrent seeding for a decentralized video platform and reward them with crypto.

I dunno… Just thinking out loud.

Edit: Jeez hit a nerve with the crypto thing, huh? Then what’s the solution? Storage costs money. So ads? Subscription cost?

I switch from uTorrent to qBittorrent when Ninite dropped it. I wasn’t aware that uTorrent had become aware, and Ninite had my back. I trust those guys with the selection of softwares they offer.
