I totally expected a url to 1:1 open source alternative .
Wasn’t trying to be troll, more like expecting humours reaction like
“So you think, here is this one with same design” or “fine, I will make one now”
but guess it didn’t came out as I had in my head, I thought it more like expression but maybe it appeared as position of announcement/declaration.
You are in the wrong audience for that, and I don’t know what thought process led you to expect anything but scorn. It’s like going to a sporting event and sitting with the fans of one team while wearing the other team’s colors.
Says the guy who is afraid to use org-mode.

Obsidian is literally build in the back of open source work. Without open source, obsidian wouldn’t exist.
